“They could train elsewhere in the region, but they choose us every year. We know their needs, and we are ready from the moment they arrive, coffee and pastries are waiting at five in the morning,” Aleksander explains.

Access Oslo’s expertise also extends to complex operations, including air-to-air refueling and handling on hangar ships.

“We handle everything from small propeller aircraft to some of the world’s largest military aircraft,” says Vidar Broks-Sjåstad, Key Account Manager and Senior Handling Coordinator.

Although military personnel may not require the luxury of VIP passengers, Access Oslo consistently goes the extra mile.

“We deliver what our clients request, but we also ask what else we can assist with. The answer is often yes,” Vidar notes.

“Military operations can be slow by nature, but with us everything runs smoothly. They notice and appreciate it.”

Aleksander adds:
“Other handlers might decline because it’s too much effort, but we do what is required. It pays off for both our clients and our suppliers.”
